Construction

This type of current transformer consists of tank,winding assembly(it is mainly primary winding and secondary winding), porcelain bushing,conservator,expander and etc.Winding assembly is put in the transformer oil,primary winding forms U shape and is cpacitance voltage division insulation construction,which has a advantage of uniform potential and small dielectric loss factor.Main insulation is capacitance oil-impregnated paper,which is wrapped around primary oil with cable paper.Three capacitance shielding in the mail insulation,internal one(zero shielding)connected high potential and extemal one(ending shielding)grounded.Four primary outgoing lines are connected with conservator and then outleted.The change of current ratio can be realized trhough the primary connected from the outside.All the secondary outgoing lines and extemal outgoing lines of primary winding are outleted from wiring box on the tank.Earthing bolts in wiring box and at the bottom of the tank can provide secondary winding and the product to earth.Tahk made of steel plate has four lifting lugs for lifting the product. 

This type current transformer is of hermetically sealed,expander on the top of the product for compensating the volume change of transformer oil caused by deifferent temperature and making the oil separated from outside air so as to prevent the product from moisture and delay the oil become old and improve the service life of the product.Oil indication line on the expander is for checking the oil level of the product. 

Service and maintenance

5.1 before the installation,inspect the sealed place and welding,it has no oil leakage,the oil surface is normal,if not,it should oiling the same type oil.

5.2 The instrument transformer should be fixed on the platform with foot bolts.

5.3 The oil drawing from the bottom,its electric intensity is not more than 50KV

5.4 The secondary should not open circuit in the product operation.

5.5 The product should veiled when it storage,before the operation,it should not sun or rain the product shoud packed.
